  • Project details such as budget range, timeline, goals, and add-ons.
  • High-level analytics interaction events used to understand CTA and form usage.

Enquiry data is used only to review project fit, reply to requests, and deliver agreed services. It is not sold to third parties.

Service terms

Scope and responsibilities

  • Project scope is confirmed in writing before the build starts.
  • Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.
  • The client is responsible for providing legally usable assets and timely feedback.
  • Delivery timelines can move if assets or feedback are delayed.

Payments and delivery

Commercial terms

  • All quoted pricing is in GBP unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit is usually required to reserve schedule and begin work.
  • Completed custom work is generally non-refundable.
  • Final deliverables are released once agreed invoices are paid.
